  • The Project Manager oversees the daily efforts of the lead generators or sales reps. They make sure the dials are being made, the message is on target, and best practices are being applied. They manage only a handful of projects in order to remain intimate with the customer solutions they oversee.
  • The Lead Generation Specialist or Sales Representative are hired and trained weekly with a specific purpose – to fill your sales reps calendars with quality appointments or to close business and drive up revenue. They are trained on value selling and are limited on the products they work in order to maintain intelligent conversations without the use of scripts
  • The List Building Specialist augments the list of targeted accounts our customers provide with appropriate contacts and contact information to assure the Lead Generation Specialist or Sales Representative is reaching the decision maker.

By adhering to a Village Mentality we are able to eliminate the potential burdens our customers would face by creating a lead generation or sales team internally. The interviewing and hiring of candidates is handled by us. The daily management and training of employees is provided by us. And as turn-over occurs to any part of the Village, the remaining pieces remain focused on accomplishing the success criteria while the vacant fractional position is quickly filled.
